Trade References

There are 2 ways to purchase goods under this application form and these are:

1. Proforma Orders: Orders are required to meet a minimum value of $200.00 plus GST. A standard delivery charge also applies. Payment with order is required.
2. 30 day Account: To qualify for a 30 day account, a minimum trading period of 3 months will be necessary, with a total minimum purchase value exceeding $1000 plus GST. A minimum purchase value of $200.00 per order plus GST, and a standard delivery charge, also applies.

Please allow up to 5 working days for this application form to be processed and upon confirmation you will be notified. Our account terms are strict 30 days nett from date of invoice. Failure to adhere to these terms may revert your 30 day account back to Proforma status. Please also refer to our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale for further information.

Acknowledgement & Personal Guarantee

I/We consent to the information contained in this application being used by way of references and/or credit reporting for the duration of this account and my/our signature(s) acknowledges this understanding. I/We also undertake to advise of any change of ownership. I/We declare to have read, understood and accepted the Company’s standard Terms and Conditions of Sale. In this agreement, I/We guarantee payment of any and all accounts of goods purchased by the above company together with any legal personal representatives of the Company or out of pocket expenses associated with the collection of outstanding monies. I/We understand this personal guarantee binds me/us personally.
